My journey has bought me to the coast of East Devon & Dorset where I have settled for the past 5 years after spending much of my adult life searching and exploring the globe for a sense of ‘home.’
It wasn’t until I journeyed inward that I was able to find peace and contentment. Not without several years of reshaping, transforming and undoing!
Which, although not the easiest of experiences bought me to transformational therapies such as breathwork and integrative & spiritual counselling as well as much needed grounding and embodiment work!
What brings me Light in my life...
Peace, space, simplicity, connection, nature, water, community, laughter, presence, dancing and music

Lyme Light is a vision that through life’s storms there is always a way back to the Light.
The coast is a place where people come to breathe, reflect and find clarity, and Lyme Regis has been that place for me bringing me hope, light and joy during my own personal journey.
Lyme Light is a space to feel supported, to rediscover inner resilience and to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
