ME...
I have settled on the south coast of East Devon & Dorset after spending much of my life moving and exploring places around the world. Once I became rooted I was able to open up my inner world. Years of personal growth and transformational practices such as breathwork and spiritual counselling taught me how to restore my nervous system. I learnt important tools to create balance and change how I live today.
